EVERYDAY CARVERY LUNCH IS BACK!!!

A CARVERY is a restaurant where cooked meat is freshly sliced to order for customers, sometimes offering unlimited servings for a fixed price. The term is most commonly used in the United Kingdom and Ireland, but is also found in the United States.
Carveries are often found in pubs and hotels, and are particularly commonly held at weekends, when they offer traditional Sunday Roasts to a potentially very large number of people.
The meat is usually accompanied by a choice of potatoes (generally at least boiled, mashed and roasted) and other vegetables, with gravy and a sauce considered a traditional accompaniment to the various meats.

The Abbeyfield Hotel Roscommon is RE-LAUNCHING CARVERY LUNCH EVERYDAY (NOT ONLY ON WEEKENDS!) AT THE HYDE BAR STARTING 31ST MAY 2010.
At the Abbeyfield Hotel Roscommon, you can be sure that we use the finest fresh produce around, from the high quality meats to the freshest vegetables from the market!
Lunch is served everyday in The Hyde Bar from 12pm to 3:00pm.
